Powder Coating Terms & Conditions
Quotes: Valid for 30 Days from Date of Quotation
Products shall be free from contaminants such as adhesive tape, adhesives, stickers, decals, oil, silicon, rubber, plastic, wax and grease including water-based lubricants from manufacture e.g. cold saws. These shall be removed by the customer prior to processing as we do not have facilities to effectively remove these surface contaminants and failure to remove these contaminants may result in damage, defects and/or discolouration of the finished coating.
We reserve the right to apply a surcharge beyond the quoted price (where applicable) for removal of and/or rectification of contaminants in the finished coating due to inadequate or failure to remove contamination of the product by the customer.
We don't know the history of your product, we will not be held accountable for any defects in the powder coating due to the above-mentioned surface contaminants.
We reserve the right to apply a surcharge beyond the quoted price (where applicable) for any extra sanding or pre-treatment prep work required.
Due to the powder coating process we may be required to drill small holes to drain dip water and also to hang your items to ensure a quality finish. If not specified by the client, we will drill in the best location to be able to complete our process.
COLOUR
We've made every effort to make the colours appearing on screen as close as possible to the ones sold by us that you will use. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match to the screen colour, colour card or any other paint. Paint swatch colours will vary depending on your screen and visual settings.
Please be sure that what you have ordered is the correct colour, shade and finish you require. If you would like to change the colour you have selected, please contact us immediately, if the order has already reached production stage, we will be unable to make any changes—if these changes are crucial a variation of labour charge will apply. We will offer no refunds for a simple change of mind.
DEPOSIT
60% Deposit is required and indicates that you accept this quotation and the terms and conditions listed, and that you authorise Moggy's Fabrication PTY LTD trading as Easyloc to undertake the works as stated.
Terms & Conditions
Please Note: Deposit must be paid before job is started.
All invoices to be paid before collection of finished product.
If a quotation includes installation the supply invoices will need to be paid in full before installation.
If a quotation is for Supply Only, please note that this does not include fixtures.
Unless itemised and quoted, any removal and disposal of existing fences, screening, balustrading
Easyloc reserves the right to charge an additional fee.
Any removal and disposal of old fence posts, fence footings or hard digging over and above our normal digging time, Easyloc reserves the right at their discretion to charge an additional fee.
All materials remain the property of Moggy's Fabrication Pty Ltd until all invoices are paid in full.
Moggy's Fabrication reserves the right to recover the goods in the event of non payment.
It is the responsibility of the owner to identify any underground or hidden services in walls, ceilings and buried on their property. Property boundaries are also to be identified by the owners. Moggy's Fabrication will not be held liable for any costs incurred for any repairs.
Additional labour works, materials and subcontractors that are required, that are outside this scope of works will be issued as a variation invoice and will need to be paid upon receival.
It is the client’s responsibility to gain council approval if applicable, unless stated on the quotation.
We reserve a right to charge a cancellation fee based on the amount of work done on the date of cancellation.
Moggy's Fabrication endeavour to carry out the drilling of tiles with as much care and attention as possible. Under certain circumstances some tiles may still chip or crack and we will not be responsible for any damages and/or replacement of tiles. This will be the sole responsibility of the owner.
If any additional machinery is required to complete the works due to hard digging, Easyloc reserves the
right to charge an additional fee .
